Job Description: 

Roles Descriptions.

  • Ensuring & Supervise smooth implementation of FWM policies & procedure for the Company.
  • Ensuring & supervise smooth execution of activities / initiative under FWM monthly and yearly / monthly activities and strategic initiative.
  • Ensuring & supervise high data integrity for all FWM related matters
  • Ensuring supervise and provide FWM technical support to all of the team   
  • Review FWM crew deliverable – FWM data entry, retrieval, sub report and system
  • Conduct team meeting
  • Provide and update regular status report to Captain & Commander
  • Coordinate / conduct strategic FWM related meeting at department and Sectional level
  • Manage and resolved sub team level risk, issue, changes requirement and challenges
  • Ensure any related project to FWM and adhere to the timely
  • Others sub sectional: all FWM Policies & procedure enforcement all FWM – FWCMS, MYEG, FOMEMA, immigration, LHDN etc/ FWM Hostel Management / FWM engagement, education & awareness
  • Strategic Networking: Statutory Authority, Government, embassy,  

 

Preparation of MYEG, Immigration, Embassy & LHDN

  • Completion of passport sticker send by MYEG
  • Check out memo (COM) submission
  • Survey renewal
  • Confirm flight ticket and departure date

 

Hostel Management

  • Ensuring hostel monthly utilities payment completed (rent, electrical, water and others
  • Monitor the Hostel building, room and other facilities in good conditions
  • Conduct Audit at hostel residence and occupancy
  • Ensure successfully monthly payment of rentals , water, electricity, and tec

 

Transportation Management

  • Facilitate transportation schedule to bus service provider
  • Request daily operation schedule at section
  • Communicate any adhoc transportation required to support Company request
  • Ensure successfully monthly payment of invoice.   

 

Liaised with Finance Department

  • Ensure preparation of sanctions and documentation for signature approval on timely manner for monthly hostels rental and transportation, electricity, water bill, and etc.

 

Liaised with Payroll department

  • Ensuring notify salary related matters on resigning FW termination details.
  • Ensuring all related FW deduction salary carried out by payroll department (Insurance, flight ticket and others.
