Responsibilities:

• Execute control of die/mold project costing in cost planning, managing, monitoring, forecast and closing within designated timeline assigned by the organization.
• Possess leadership role in producing reports for project closing, forecast, inventory and related records.
• Able to proactive participate troubleshooting when issue arises such as delay in manufacturing cost inputting, delay in goods and invoice receiving, variances in actual cost versus forecast & etc.
• Communicate regularly with internal planning/ design/ machining technical team for any issue to ensure on time project closing and sales.
• Managing financial documentation, i.e. sanction, project registration, purchase order, invoice, debit note, credit note & etc.
• Supporting in purchasing processes and documentation
• Assist superior in execute control of management systems in the organization, in order to ensure that operations of the organization are meeting requirements and well maintained in accordance to QMS ISO9001, EMS ISO14001, OHS ISO45001, ISMS ISO27001 and other relevant management systems.
• To execute any other duties assigned by the superior and the organization.
