1) Die/Mold Project costing management
• Execute control of die/mold project costing in cost planning, managing, monitoring, forecast and closing within designate timeline assigned by the organization.
• Possess leadership role in producing reports for project closing, forecast, inventory and related records.
• Able to proactive participate troubleshooting when issue arises such as delay in manufacturing cost inputting, delay in goods and invoice receiving, variances in actual cost versus forecast & etc.
• Communicate regularly with internal planning/ design/ machining technical team for any issue to ensure on time project closing and sales.
2) “Triple S with SGST” Project- Key User and Change Agent (take over the role from resigned Engineer)
• Act as primary users of the new system or process.
• Provide feedback on system functionality and usability.
• Validate and test new processes before full rollout.
• Help train and support other end users during End User Training
• Plan & implement additional trainings
• Acts as a bridge between the project team and end users.
• Helps teams understand and adapt to changes.
3) Trainer/ Coach: Providing comprehensive training and guidance to the successor to ensure accuracy and maintain the correct direction of operations
